Kestrelbank Controls

Platform

The platform separates three concerns so each can be adopted alone: collection, mapping, and service.

Collection

Collectors are read-only integrations that run on a schedule and write a timestamped observation. A collector never mutates what it observes. Where no API exists, evidence can be posted to a signed intake endpoint from your own automation, keeping the trail intact without us holding credentials.

Mapping

Controls are expressed independently of any single framework and mapped outward. A quarterly access review satisfies clauses in several schemes at once; recording it once and mapping it many times removes the duplication that makes multi-framework programmes expensive.

Service

Evidence is served through reviewer workspaces, scoped exports and an API. Workspaces are time-boxed and scoped to a named engagement, so an assessor sees the controls in scope and nothing further. Every access is logged and visible to the customer.

Operation

We run as a managed service inside the European Union, with an optional customer-managed key arrangement. There is no agent to install on production hosts.
